Screen printing faq

What’s your minimum order?

Our minimum is 25 units per order.

We’re built to serve teams and organizations ordering in meaningful quantities. That’s how we keep standards tight and production moving properly.

what's your turnaround time?

Average production time is around three weeks, depending on order size, garment availability, time of year, and artwork readiness.

If you have a tight deadline, tell us upfront. We’ll be straight with you about what’s possible.

do you ship across canada?

Yes, we ship Canada-wide.

Every order is produced in Canada, by our team, under our roof and shipped border-to-border, across Canada.

Do you do the work in-house?

Yes. Every single order is produced in Canada, by our team, under our roof on industry-leading M&R equipment.

No outsourcing, no middlemen, and no mystery hands touching your job. With full quality control at every stage. That means we're accountable for your order from start to finish and are not at the mercy of someone else's timeline or standards.

What types of clothing/apparel can I order?

We print and embroider on a lot. Here’s what we work with most:

Apparel: T-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, long sleeves, zip-ups, tank tops, windbreakers, joggers, jackets

Headwear: Hats, toques, beanies

Other: Bags, patches, reflective gear (for trades and construction)

Sizing: Men's, Women's, Unisex, Youth, and Toddler

Not sure what's right for your team or your use case? That's exactly the kind of conversation we like to have. We'll ask the right questions and steer you toward the garment that actually makes sense for what your people do.

Do you source the garments, or do I supply them?

We source the garments.

We have strong, long-standing supplier relationships and access to a wide range of quality garments across styles, fits, and applications.

What about artwork or design?

We have two dedicated in-house designers who know exactly what works on fabric (and what doesn't). If you need something built from scratch, cleaned up, or adapted for print, they've got it.

If you have existing artwork: Vector files are ideal (.AI, .EPS, or high-res PDF). This gives us the cleanest starting point and keeps things moving fast.

If your file isn't print-ready — blurry JPEGs, low-res PNGs — don't stress. Send us what you have and our designers will let you know what's needed to get it there.

‍If you don't have artwork yet: Tell us what you're working with. We'll help get you sorted.

Screen printing vs. embroidery — which should I choose?

Depends on what you're ordering and what you need it to do.

Screen printing
Best for t-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, and larger designs with bold graphics. It's cost-effective at volume and produces vivid, durable prints.

Embroidery
Best for hats, polos, jackets, and bags — anywhere you want a premium, textured finish. It costs a little more, but the depth and durability make it worth the upgrade.

do you do promo products like mugs or pens?

No. We focus exclusively on screen printing and embroidery on clothing and apparel.

That’s how we keep standards high.

If promo products are what you need, we’re happy to point you to someone that can help.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it.

Simple as that.

We stand behind every job that leaves this building.
