screen printing
you deserve better
than a bargain print
Most print shops will take your logo, slap it on the cheapest shirt they can find, miss the deadline, and call it a day.
That's not us.
Ink That Holds Up. Prints That Last.
Screen printing is the process of pressing ink directly into fabric using mesh screens and controlled curing.
In plain terms?
It’s how you get bold, durable graphics on shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, and team apparel that don’t crack after three washes.

no corners cut
Most shops rush the process to move orders faster. We don't.
To us, every step matters.
1
Garment Selection
Everything starts with the garment. Before anything goes to print, we ask what your team actually does and steer you toward what will hold up — not what’s cheapest.
2
artwork prep
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, or high-res PDF) are preferred. If your file isn’t print-ready, our designers can build something from scratch, clean up an existing logo, or adapt your artwork for print. We don't just stretch a JPEG and call it good.
3
screen setup
We use high-quality screens and professional-grade emulsions to create cleaner detail and consistent ink flow. That’s what keeps your lines crisp and your prints consistent.
4
printing
We run high-grade M&R presses and use Monarch ink, the best available in the industry. Every colour is applied with precision and dye migration blockers help your colours pop and keep them vibrant for years, not just the first few washes.
5
Curing
This is the step most shops speed through. We don’t. We take the time to cure properly, every single time. This is why our prints don’t crack months later.
6
Final Quality Check
Every order gets checked before it leaves the building. It ships when it's right, not because a deadline pushed it out the door early.
